Meeting Rooms

Meeting facilities are available for use by Washington Township residents, non-profit, charitable, civic and community organizations.

Washington Township offers meeting room space to Township residents, by appointment only.

To place a request for meeting room use, complete the form by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Once we receive your request, staff will determine if we are able to accommodate your preferred date/time/location, and will contact you by phone or email to either complete your reservation or offer alternatives.

The following Township facilities are available for use by Township residents:

Monday-Friday 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday/Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m

Fire Station 93 Training Room, 5825 Brand Rd. Dublin – (not available)

  • Monday-Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Capacity 40/Seats 18
  • **Limited parking- 13 spaces, 1 handicap

Meeting Room Use Policies

  • Meeting facilities are available for use by Washington Township non-profit, charitable, civic and community organizations.
  • Persons obtaining the permit for room use must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the time of the room reservation.
  • Washington Township reserves the right to move the location of your meeting or cancel your reservation if the space is needed for Township functions.
  • Reservations must be made at least one week in advance and no more than (2) two months in advance.
  • Entrance fees/admissions charges and marketing or selling of goods or services is prohibited.
  • Light refreshments are permitted. Clean-up is your responsibility.
  • All facilities are non-smoking environments. Electronic cigarettes, illegal drugs, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • Animals other than guide animals are not permitted on the premises.
  • Reservations can be made during the following time periods:
    • Administration Building: Monday-Friday 5:30pm-9pm
    • Administration Building: Saturday & Sunday 9am-9pm
    • Station 92 & 93: 10am-9pm Monday-Sunday (not available)
  • No illegal substances, alcohol, or intoxicated people are permitted on premises.
  • Room access will be by on-duty firefighters. They will make every effort to provide you access at your scheduled time. However, emergency calls may affect their arrival time.
  • Groups are responsible for all setup and clean up.
  • Tables and chairs are available. The room must be returned to its original setup.
  • No Township electronic devices will be available for public use including computers, laptops, projectors, speakers, etc. Wi-Fi is available at the Administration Building, (barring any unforeseen technical difficulties that could affect its availability). Wi-Fi is not available at the fire stations.
  • Meetings must be conducted with a minimum amount of noise so as to not disturb any other group and/or staff.

NOTE: Submission of this form does not guarantee your reservation. Your request will be reviewed and staff will contact you to discuss the availability of the space, date and time you requested.
