Township Trustees

Jan Rozanski’s term as Trustee began January 1, 2020. Born in Detroit Michigan, Mr. Rozanski came to the Columbus area by way of Cincinnati in 1978, when he moved to Dublin. He was appointed to the City of Dublin Board of Zoning Appeals in 1982, was elected to Dublin City Council in 1986 and served two terms, five of those years as Mayor. For 21 years, Jan worked as a building inspector for the City of Dublin and currently works in this capacity part time for the City of Upper Arlington. Rozanski is also a graduate of the Township’s Citizen Fire Academy.

Stu Harris, a Dublin resident for over 30 years, began his term as Trustee on January 1, 2022. After serving on the Dublin City Schools Board of Education from 2005-2021, he is looking forward to serving the community and the residents in a different format. Harris currently teaches at Franklin University and works at Nationwide Insurance. He believes education and training are key functions for the Washington Township Fire Department to be successful in protecting the community. Harris is excited to bring his expertise in education to the township and to continue to develop new partnerships.

Harris lives in Dublin with his wife Allison, and has two children.

Chuck Kranstuber has been an active partner with Washington Township throughout his career in public service. He has served on the Dublin Board of Zoning Appeals, Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission and, for 12 years, as a member of Dublin City Council. He was elected by his peers on Council to serve six years as Dublin’s mayor.

In 2006 he began serving as a Washington Township Trustee. He cites the accreditation of the Fire Department as one of the highlights of his tenure. It is his goal and commitment to continue to maintain and provide topflight fire and EMS services with quick response times, professional service and vital emergency equipment.

Kranstuber is an attorney with his own law practice, the Law Offices of Charles W. Kranstuber LPA. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego.

He has been recognized as a grand marshal for the City of Dublin Independence Day Parade, is a founder of the Dublin Irish Festival and a former member of the board of directors for the Dublin Counseling Center. In 2006, he was appointed by Governor Bob Taft to the Workers’ Compensation Oversight Commission.

Kranstuber lives in Dublin with his wife Jill, and has seven children. He enjoys golfing and traveling.
