Board of Zoning Appeals Notice of Public Hearing

There will be a meeting of the Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at the Washington Township Administration Building, Town Hall, 6200 Eiterman Road, Dublin, OH 43016.  Among the matters to be considered at the meeting is the following:

An application by Paul M. Doucher II for three variances to: 1) Section 512.010 (Accessory Structure Size); 2) Section 512.012 (Accessory Structure Location); and 3) Section 512.012 (Accessory Structure Height) of the Washington Township Zoning Resolution for 5945 Dublin Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017.
