Hydrant Flushing
Washington Township Fire Department has begun our annual hydrant flushing. It is expected that the flushing will take up to six weeks. We will keep everyone posted, but this will be occurring daily. Hydrant flushing may cause water to become rusty or discolored. If this happens, run your faucets until clear. It is possible for laundry water to also be impacted when washing clothes due to the potential of rust.
