Washington Township is looking for a consulting firm to complete a compensation study. The Washington Township leadership team will work with the consultant(s) to prepare comparative analysis identifying the Township’s competitive position within the comparative labor market, provide recommendations for total compensation and benefit package, and recommendation of any changes or updates to the Township’s current compensation policy.
The selected consultant will work with the Township’s leadership team consisting of the Township Administrator, Human Resource Manager, and Fire Chief.
Proposals are due March 1, 2022.
