Weather permitting, Franklin County Public Health will spray areas of Dublin and the unincorporated Washington Township to reduce populations of a late summer (August/September) mosquito, Culex erraticus. Spraying will take place on September 3rd, beginning at 8:30 pm. This species of mosquito does not carry the West Nile virus. The decision to spray is based on population densities estimated by monitoring mosquito traps. See map of the spray area.
