Station 95 is located within a water tower and is only one of four such fire stations in the nation known to co-locate in a water storage facility. The location is a joint partnership between the City of Columbus, who operates the 1 million gallon water facility, City of Dublin who owns the tower and the land, and Washington Township, who leases the tower column for the fire station. The bay is on the ground level and living quarters are above the bay.

The station’s district covers a significant portion of the commercial areas of the community. Six firefighters are assigned to Station 95, providing advance life support and fire response on Medic 95 and Engine 95.
