First Responder Teen Academy

Dublin Police Officers and Washington Township Firefighters will take you into their world of work as first responders. Learn about the skills and training they need to perform rescues, searches, fight fires, and provide emergency medical care.

Tour the 9-11 dispatch center. Learn how investigators collect evidence at a crime scene. Use the tools firefighters use to free victims trapped in vehicles. Suite up in full firefighter turnout gear. Do you dare? Bring a friend or two and find out if you have what it takes. Lunch and snacks provided.

Ages: students entering 9-12 grade in fall 2020

Location: Washington Township Administration • 6200 Eiterman Rd., Dublin, OH 43016 (8 am-12:30 pm)

                    City of Dublin Justice Center • 6565 Commerce Parkway, Dublin, OH 43017 (12:30 pm-5 pm)

Time: 8 am-5 pm

Fee: Free (Washington Township Residents/Dublin City School District Residents)
