Dispatchers and Bystanders Work Together


You’ve called 911, now what? Staff members from the Northwest Regional Emergency Communication Center (NRECC) will give a fascinating presentation that includes audio from actual local 911 calls. Find out what information is most important to share with emergency dispatchers. You’ll also find out about the NRECC dispatcher training program, the Smart 911 program, and how these can work together to enhance the speed and quality of emergency response in our community.

Ages: 13 & up (ages 13-16 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
