The Township Trustees meetings are held monthly on the second and fourth Tuesday at 6:00 pm, with occasional exceptions, at 6200 Eiterman Road, Dublin, OH.

If you would like to request time on one of the Trustee meeting agendas, please contact the Fiscal Officer at (614) 652-3937 with the date and nature of your request so she can allocate time on the agenda for you to address the Trustees.
Meetings During Coronavirus Outbreak
New safety measures will be implemented to minimize the spread of coronavirus including, limiting the number of people in the Trustees’ meeting room, six-foot distancing among Trustees and staff, and requiring masks or face coverings for all who enter the Township building at 6200 Eiterman Road.
Seating capacity in the Trustees’ meeting room will be reduced to accommodate social distancing requirements. All occupants must be seated during the meeting, unless presenting to the Trustees.
All who enter the building are required to wear a mask or face covering that covers the nose and mouth. As in the past, all persons must sign in on the attendance form provided. All who enter the building will also be required to submit to a temperature check and answer a few, brief, health-related questions. These procedures will abide by Ohio Department of Health sanitization guidelines.
Everyone in attendance will be seated in chairs that have been placed at a prescribed distance.
Anyone who uses the podium should not touch the podium or microphone while speaking. There will be sanitizing wipes available, if needed.
The Trustee’s room will be sanitized after each use.
Ceremonial activities at official meetings (swearing in, proclamations, etc.) will be limited and permitted only with the express consent of the Trustees.
